• We ship to all US territories and Canada ONLY at this time. Orders are sent via USPS.

Shipping cost:

• Orders with subtotals $150 or more automatically receive free shipping, unless otherwise notified via social media.

Disclaimer:

Once orders leave our facilities, our control over packages and their movement is very limited. We are NOT responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages, though we will do our best to ensure you get your package. This includes filing a claim with the post office. Please contact service@sav-life.com with any questions or help regarding lost packages.

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we will do our best to replace the item or issue a refund. Contact service@sav-life.com
• Timing: we accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days of delivery. If the item you wish to return is no longer online, please contact us at service@sav-life.com
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase (i.e. order number, packing list, and/or name)
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customers will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• All SAVS STEALS items are FINAL SALE.

Once you've placed an order, you should receive an order number and/or email confirmation. That is the most definite way to tell your order went through.

We have noticed that when there is high volume traffic on the site, sometimes the system will crash and charge forms of payment without actually placing an order. It is a very unfortunate issue that we are continuously working to fix! 

In the instance this happens to you, please rest assured your payment will be returned to you within the next 3-5 business days.

• All orders that are not pre-orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. Please note this is subject to change.
• Any order that is affixed with "Second shipment," "Final shipment," or "Pre-order" has the date it is scheduled to be shipped on the size variant.
• Orders that have items both in stock and pre-order are automatically set to ship TOGETHER on the scheduled pre-order fulfillment date. If you wish to make arrangements otherwise, please contact service@sav-life.com or @savs_customer_service on Instagram.
• All orders that have a provided email address will receive an email containing the tracking number once the order has been processed.
