If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns. Please use this link to access our returns portal.

Please include the Order # and Reason for Return.

 

As soon as we receive it, a refund will be initiated, and you will be notified via email.

Note: We do not accept returns for items that are no longer available online or headwear/sunglasses/face masks (hygiene safety). 

 

Exchanges

To make an exchange, please contact service@sav-life.com to ensure the product you wish to exchange for is available.

Upon receipt, the preferred item(s) will be sent out free of charge.
